[RFT] soc-qcom-sdm845: update wireplumber config and call audio workaround

This updates the Wireplumber configuration to be compatible with the latest version, which broke Lua configuration. It also adds Pipewire support to the call audio workaround, which should be tested by a device that needs the workaround.

@Jaymz665 wrote most of this (except the small pidof pipewire && to try saving Pulseaudio and the checksums).
