Draft: asus-z00xs: new device

This adds a port for the Asus Zenfone Zoom (ZX551ML/Z00XS)

I used the Moorefield kernel from Lineage OS, and the device/kernel packages are building successfully. (I have an SD card flashed)

Unfortunately, it looks like the Zooms that I was going to test this bricked themselves last night. (nothing on the screen/no vibration/not charging)

I'll keep this MR as a draft until I can actually test the port.
