linux-valve-jupiter: upgrade to 6.10

note: repurposed MR/branch to include changes for 6.10 kernel when it's released (similar to !5306 (merged)). Folks who want to test along can use mrtest add 5318

Test feedback: didn't test mounting actual XFS, but my Steam Deck still boots fine after applying it like this with mrtest:

@ell1e this now packages the released 6.10 kernel, would you be interested in testing it so we could merge it soon? :)

I tested this successfully on my device just now, it seems to work fine and I don't see any regressions. Things that I tested: booting with unl0kr and fde works fine root partition on internal NVMe SSD (aftermarket) works fine previously paired bluetooth keyboard still works wifi still works webgl example works so 3d should be fine, youtube playback works too audio playback via internal speakers still works.

uname-a says for kernel: 6.10.0 #1-valve-jupiter (I think before the mrtest it used to say rc/release candidate, so I hopefully applied it correctly )
