linux-postmarketos-mediatek-mt81xx: upgrade to 6.10.0_rc4_git20240624

Updated to the latest ChromeOS kernel from collabora. I added a patch to add a new hayato devicetree variant since depthcharge would choose the wrong one. I also added a patch to fix audio not working on mt8192 chromebooks. I disabled VGEM in the kernel config since it would lead to GDM not displaying anything on the screen. Another user on an mt8195 chromebook reported that plasma wayland would have the same behavior.

Tested on hayato (mt8192). Ideally we should get an mt8195 and mt8186 user to test as well.
