google-sargo: add sensors support

Administrator requested to merge sargo-ssc into master

This adds the sensors registry necessary for supporting sensors on the Pixel 3a by iio-sensor-proxy and libssc. Since there is no dedicated SLPI on SDM670, the files are served to ADSP sensorspd. Only the sensor registry is required for working sensors, so other HexagonFS files are omitted.
