linux-postmarketos-mediatek-mt8173: upgrade to 6.10

Draft until CI passes and I can test with mrtest.

Ran pmbootstrap kconfig migrate and answered "N" to pretty much every question as they're mostly not relevant.

Tested with mrtest on my c330, but can't test usb-c or hdmi since I don't have access to any of that right now. (usb-c docks did work prior, but hdmi display out hasn't on the c330) Asked in IRC if anyone could test and leave a comment.

Fully tested and ready to go. Works the same as 6.9 did.
