linux-postmarketos-qcom-sm8250: upgrade to 6.10.0

Changes in kernel:

1. upgrade to 6.10.0
2. mark TYPEC_TCPM and TYPEC_QCOM_PMIC builtin to fix usb ethernet.
3. add myself as maintainer.

Changes in alsa-ucm-conf-sm8250:

1. drop this package, because there is only xiaomi-elish depending on it, It is more reasonable to move it to device-xiaomi-elish.

Changes in device-xiaomi-elish:

1. add alsa ucm configuration.
2. add bootmac for bluetooth mac setting.
3. use quiet to disable logging, pmOS-rd suggests it.
4. add myself as maintainer.
