samsung-coreprimevelte: backport a couple fixes to v24.06

Administrator requested to merge coreprimevelte-v24.06 into v24.06

Backport the following fixes to v24.06:

  • Raise linux,initrd-end by 16MiB, fixing boot on legacy initramfs with debug-shell and new initramfs in general
  • Enable CONFIG_CRYPTO_ZSTD so zram works OOB
  • Rename WiFi card to wlan0 so NetworkManager doesn't complain about incorrect naming
