linux-postmarketos-exynos4: upgrade to 6.10.0

Notable changes:

• USB-OTG support for Midas boards (m0/t0) and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0
• Headset jack detection + headset mic support for Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0
• Support for the Samsung Galaxy Note (q1) (actual device files in !4441 (closed) which will be able to be merged after this lands)
• Improved charging on Tab 3 8.0 and Midas boards
• Minor improvements for Tab 3 8.0 (fix home keycode, enable fuel gauge current sensing)

Marking as draft for now, I'm giving a 1-week testing period (until next Friday) so that people can test out their devices and report the status before we tag the final release, in case any patches need to be applied before then. Full release is tagged now.
