CI: kconfig check: use --keep-going

Administrator requested to merge kconfigcheck-keep-going into master

Use the new --keep-going parameter so the check doesn't stop on first error. This was recently added in pmbootstrap!2384 (merged) to make the default behavior more userfriendly.
