linux-next: Add few more configs

Administrator requested to merge trailblazer_laptops into master

This adds some sc7180 configs and EC for c630 (cc @calebccff)

The boot on aspire1 seems to still hang at

...
 * Generating a rule to create a /dev/root symlink ... [ ok ]
 * Populating /dev with existing devices through uevents ... [ ok ]
 * Waiting for uevents to be processed ...

but at least the dtbloader part seems to work correctly with the image booting on the laptop, so that hang can be ironed out later (or perhaps it's some upstream regression that will disappear later, it's linux-next after all)
