Draft: backport features from google-sargo to stable branch

Administrator requested to merge pabloyoyoista/google-sargo-backport into v24.06

This is for now mostly a test if I can get Pixel 3a working with all the HW features enabled on stable. This should allow to get us in the flow of testing kernel releases also in stable

TODO:

  • Move to community
  • Fix slow camera
  • Fix sensors This will be broken on upgrades, but good in new installs after this backport.
  • Check audio problems:
    • Microphone and audio work with Pipewire
    • Microphone is broken in calls with Pulseaudio
