Since 01a5c187 these tweaks were being enabled unconditionally on all UI's while they really only make sense on (Wayland) mobile UI's. Especially disabling window decorations means there is broken behaviour on almost all UI's we ship because without them the window has no things like close or minimize buttons. These are not needed on mobile UI's but definitely required on desktop UI's.
