main/cage: new aport

A Wayland kiosk. Works in Wayland (tested in weston), X11 (tested in i3wm) and tty. Works with both dri-virtio and dri-swrast, but I won't recommend you running with swrast because it's veeeeery slow. Can somebody test this on real device with pmos?

It makes more sense to me to directly upstream this to Alpine Linux rather than having it in our repo.

I agree with that. @DolphinChips, if you want to have the package around in the future, please upstream it to Alpine and maintain it there. Otherwise we will likely remove it from pmaports.git at some point.

But since you guys already created the aport, and reviewed it, and everything looks fine now, let's merge it. Thanks!

Creating a rather minimal system with postmarketOS on an old tablet/phone and showing something like a webbrowser in a kiosk like cage is a great use case btw!
