Draft: temp/kwin: fork from Alpine to apply a Librem 5 fix

Administrator requested to merge librem5-kwin into master

Currently Plasma isn't booting on the Librem 5 due to trying to use an EGL function the Librem 5's driver doesn't support. Just making this commit for easy testing with mrhlpr, once confirmed working I'll put it directly in Alpine and backport it to the latest stable version.
