main/postmarketos-ui-kodi: new aport

Kodi can be used as a UI for Smart TV's or HTPC's. It's already useful on a Raspberry Pi or a Pine64 device, but hopefully we'll one day support Android Smart TV's too for which this will be available.

Updated the MR to use Wayland instead by making use of Cage.

Tested on the pinetab, works fine. (had to add -r to the cage commandline on the pinetab to rotate the display)
