temp/{wpa_supplicant,networkmanager}: remove, upstreamed

Once https://github.com/alpinelinux/aports/pull/9894 has been fully merged, these packages are unnecessary.

the networkmanager part of pr9894 has already been merged so by merging this the wifi will be fixed again.

we need a few changes in postmarketos-base once the rest of the changes in pr9894 get merged because that changes how we config wpa_supplicant.

Once networkmanager-1.18.2-r3 is removed from the binary repo then the alpine one should be used again which doesn't have broken plugins

FWIW, networkmanager isn't in the postmarketOS binary repository anymore.
