device-postmarketos-trailblazer: add support for pine64 pinephone

Add configs to get the PinePhone to boot and some functionality such as wifi. A number of components, including the modem, sound, and usb, don't yet work without patches, so are left out here.

TODO:

• Flash a clean image and make sure it boots with tow-boot (I've been using a random u-boot build I had laying around)
• deviceinfo_getty should be ttyS0;115200 instead of ttyMSM0;115200. I'm guessing this will require some fiddling to start gettys based on the existence of devices. This is going to be a bit complicated and the device works fine without it, I'll do it in a separate mr.
