Draft: modem/q6meowd, modem/meowaudiod: new aports

Q6Meow is a drop in replacement for q6voice.

MeowAudio is a callaudio replacement for Qualcom based phones.

I rewrote callaudiod, because it strangely ignores speaker in voice call, but i can't understand why and don't like C.

It switches card profile and ask Q6Meow to restart stream.

Both written in vala and has a DBus interface to communicate with other programs.

How to test it:

1. Edit your UCM, add device conflicts and q6voice mixes to voice profile devices example for OnePlus 6
2. Install meowaudiod and q6meowd from CI artifacts
3. Add q6meowd service to startup
4. Reboot your phone
5. Open MeowAudio gui and configure profiles. Don't forget to enable Q6Meow integration
6. Call someone
