Revert "main/lk2nd-msm8953: remove package (MR 5691)"
This reverts commit 1275eb84.
As reported in #3280 (closed) , the new lk2nd package doesn't actually work for all msm8953 devices (in particular xiaomi-daisy fails to boot). This merge request reinstates the lk2nd-msm8953 package and disables building the msm8916 package for msm8953 devices.
