blueline: Fix unl0kr

Currently unl0kr doesn't work on the pixel 3 as the touchscreen doesn't initialize and the display is stuck.

These commits add both the necessary quirk to unblock the display as well as a missing kernel module to get the dma controller initialized needed for the touchscreen to initialize.
