postmarketos-ui-sxmo-*: upgrade to 1.17.1

This is essentially just a version bump to match sxmo-utils in alpine (just merged)

It fixes some small issues from last week's release and is intended for the upcoming pmos v24.12 stable.

Does the version of this pmos-ui package need to stay in sync with some upstream pkg version? It seems weird to bump the pkgver of a UI package without making any changes to source= stuff in the APKBUILD (as an aside, there are no sources here, so in theory this pkg should maybe just be at pkgver=1 still?)
