exynos4: add camera configs to kernel and flash udev rules to devices

Got Rear camera working on Megapixels 2.0 for samsung-t0lte (which means it should work on t03g, m0 and m3 too), and I almost have Front camera working. Because Megapixels 2.0 hasn't been released yet, I won't do the device stuff to change default camera from Snapshot (please can someone remind how to do it in the comments?) yet. Also, when Front camera is done, I will need @grimler to do a u-boot MR as the initramfs will grow to larger than 8MB with the required firmware (again which I will do a MR for later).

This MR is just for the required kernel changes and accompanying flash udev rule, so that folks can test out Rear camera on Megapixels 2.0 in its pre-release state if they want.
