Adding a new device port for Apple MacBook Air M1. This is a re-created merge request, as the old merge request MR5873 had something wrong when passing all build pipelines.\

NOTE: This pmaport is targeting postmarketOS Edge, so select version edge when you run pmbootstrap init to test this new device port.
