pine-dontbeevil: remove outdated weston launch script and fix boot shortts

The launch script is outdated and hasn't been used for a long time so remove it. Tested to make sure, Weston still launches. I tried to launch it with the DRM backend, but sadly that doesn't work so we'll keep the fbdev for now.

Also booting with the shortts was broken because of u-boot trying to boot a differently named DTS, so I fixed it.
