xiaomi-miatoll: support GPU, camera, sensors, modem, audio and Wi-Fi

This MR turns xiaomi-miatoll from barely working brick (boots to framebuffer) into almost fully usable mobile phone: 3D acceleration, sensors, audio, camera, modem, wifi and bluetooth are now supported
