main/pmbootstrap: clean-up and switch maintainer to ollieparanoid

@ollieparanoid it really doesn't make much sense to have me as maintainer while you tag the pmbootstrap releases and have been the one actually updating this package constantly. I did a clean-up now, but let's switch it out to you
