main/systemd-boot: upgrade to 257.1

Clayton Craft requested to merge craftyguy/sd-boot-257.1 into master

I could use some help testing this, specifically:

  • x86_64 systems w/ 64-bit EFI
  • x86_64 systems w/ 32-bit EFI (e.g. Intel Bay Trail)
  • aarch64
  • ukify (anyone actually using this?)

This can be tested with mrtest add, ideally using a pmOS install on some removable media / usb disk that you don't mind losing data on if the boot fails for some reason.
