archived/<msm8953 ports>: add archiving note, remove maintainers

Add a note with the reason for archiving and a suggestion to use the generic port (qcom-msm8953), remove maintainers. These individual ports was replaced (MR 5800) by the generic one (qcom-msm8953)

The current warning is unclear and doesn't provide any advice on what to do:

I'm not sure how to write the commit name prefix properly in this case
