temp/dhcpcd: upgrade to 8.0.6

Administrator requested to merge dhcpcd-8.0.4 into master

Should be tested on an old kernel to make sure nothing broke

Tested on Fairphone 2 with 3.4 kernel and connecting to WiFi with NetworkManager works fine.
