Fix wrong alsa-ucm-conf being installed on sdm845

Suddenly apk wants to install other ucm pkgs that conflict with soc-qcom-sdm845-ucm, like the soc-qcom-msm8996-ucm pkg. Later when the sdm845-ucm is installed it conflicts with the previously installed (and incorrect) ucm pkg.

welp, I guess this isn't correct, apparently non-sdm845 pkgs depend on the soc-qcom-sdm845 pkg and this would cause the sdm845-ucm to get installed on those

Why does apk always wanna install random packages? But this should be fixed rather soon since it's blocking bpo right now.
