linux-postmarketos-qcom-sm7150: Upgrade to 6.13.2

This was tested on xiaomi-davinci (just now locally) and xiaomi-surya (@ungeskriptet's device at FOSDEM with 6.13.0 but otherwise no changes). xiaomi-surya won't work OOTB because this kernel changes the names of dtbs around, follow-up MR with device side changes will be sent soon-ish. Since xiaomi-davinci and xiaomi-surya are the only currently packaged SM7150 devices upstream, this MR should be good to go.
