SM7150 device updates

This upgrades soc-qcom-sm7150 and device-xiaomi-davinci / device-xiaomi-surya to support the latest 6.13.2 kernel and adds various features such as sensor support to them.

This PR as is is untested, I refactored lots of it in the last hours and am now a bit sleepy so I didn't test it. Marking as draft until I test it.

Tested on xiaomi-davinci with phosh + openrc and gnome-mobile + systemd, xiaomi-surya needs testing
