pine-{dontbeevil,pinephone}: add missing applications and depends

PulseAudio won't actually play audio on devices without the Alsa plugin, so let's just mandate it as a requirement for all our devices.

telepathy-ofono requires telepathy-mission-control at runtime but wasn't picked up as such by abuild, so we require it explicitely. Helps getting Plasma Mobile to make a phone call.

urfkill is required for modem functionality.
