linux-postmarketos-qcom-sm8150: update to v6.13-sm8150 and takeover mantainership

This mr updates linux-postmarketos-qcom-sm8150 to v6.13-sm8150, so it removes linux-postmarketos-qcom-sm8150-nabu, it also updates the device-xiaomi-nabu to use the linux-postmarketos-qcom-sm8150, it is marked as draft because i still need to polish the xiaomi-vayu changes (not yet in the repo), so we don't remove any device, it will be a draft until it is tested in that device

The commit "firwmare-xiaomi-nabu: bump pkgrel" is not required. Drop it, move "firmware-xiaomi-nabu: add mantainer" as the last one and add [ci:skip-vercheck] to its commit message.

The commits:

• "device-xiaomi-nabu: replace device specific kernel in favor on generic sm8150 kernel"
• "linux-postmarketos-qcom-sm8150-nabu: remove device specific kernel in favor of..."

should be one commit (squash them)

The commit "linux-postmarketos-qcom-sm8150: update to v6.13-sm8150" should be titled "linux-postmarketos-qcom-sm8150: uprage to 6.13.0"
