linux-samsung-lt023g: Update Kernel to v3.4.113

This merge request uses a community updated kernel (v3.4.113). After changing the APKBUILD, .config files then build, I can confirm that it boots and works fine.

This kernel has 2 important changes: SECCOMP support The ability to use the memdf_create() backport patches created by Alexey Min. (Which is required for lxc, pipewire and pulseaudio)

Oh, this merge request also adds the required Solaris style patches and removes some patches that were already merged into kernel source.
