linux-postmarketos-qcom-sm7150: Upgrade to 6.13.4

Tested working fine on xiaomi-davinci, I don't expect anything to break on xiaomi-surya either. This is just a rebase on the 6.13.4 tag with a bunch of touchscreen driver cleanups for xiaomi-davinci and MGLRU enabled.

FYI we could have merged this with 1 approval. I can't wait until we have margebot (or something like it) so MRs dont' have to wait around for someone who can merge to actually do all the steps...

I thought all the people who can approve can also merge? If not, that's unfortunate because merging of approved MRs seems to be a bit of a bottleneck to me. Trivial MRs like this require only a single approval, but if that approval can't be enough to merge, it isn't all that trivial anymore (so functionally it turns into two approvals: one reviewer and then also the person merging)
