device-lg-judy{ln,p},linux-postmarketos-qcom-sdm845: backport judy uart devicetree entry to fix getty

I jumped the gun with !6302 (merged) , enabling a getty for a serial in a dtb in a kernel that hasn't propagated to pmaports yet. @Newbyte recommended I add a backport patch until we're ready to update the kernel package, as it's currently bootlooping on the failed getty.
