hybris/{pulsecore-private-headers,pulseaudio-modules-droid}: version bump

Pulseaudio was updated to 13.0 in Alpine, reflect this in APKBUILDs.

Looks like Mer project did not release pulseaudio-modules-droid for 13.0, so update it to 12.2.79.

Have you tested this? Besides just allowing it to build, does it work even with the version mismatch?

I'm merging this, although it is not tested at this point. At least it builds and therefore unblocks the binary repository.
