main/linux-postmarketos-*: updated to the latest kernel

Hi, sorry for not being active on postmarketOS, I was taking a break.

Anyway, kernel upgrade time!

• Mainline: 5.4-rc1
• Stable: 5.3.2

Tested on QEMU, works fine:

Can someone test it on the N900?

Off-MR: I still do have quite a few aports that should be upstreamed to Alpine, which I'll try to finish this weekend.
