main/libsparse: remove

If this is merged, then all mentions of libsparse on wiki should be removed, too (like https://wiki.postmarketos.org/wiki/Troubleshooting#Invalid_sparse_file_format_at_header_magi )

Besides image-sparse converters libsparse contained some python script - simg_dump.py ( https://gitlab.com/postmarketOS/pmaports/blob/master/main/libsparse/APKBUILD#L24 )

So you know what it is for and was it used in pmOS or not? (I don't think so, but it was packaged for whatever reason..)
