fairphone-fp2: reorganize dependencies (again), add mainline subpackage

Of course shortly after making !686 (closed) I noticed that this doesn't suite my use cases.

This is another attempt at organizing the firmware & firmware-support packages, so it fits all my use cases.

This MR removes all firmware-support dependencies from the firmware package and adds them to -downstream-firmware and -mainline-firmware packages which have an install_if on the downstream or mainline kernel subpackage.

WIP because:

  • pkgrels are a bit over the place
  • I want to test this MR a bit to make sure it really fits what I need.
  • I want to add proper support for the FP2 mainline kernel, so basically adjusting the deviceinfo file.
