purism-librem5dev: add Purism's sound theme

Administrator requested to merge device_librem5-sound-theme into master

Purism will ship this sound theme with the PureOS installation of the Librem 5, so let's use it too.

Currently the sound files have no license but I asked if any would be applied. Licensed under CC0-1.0 and CC-BY-SA-4.0 I'm not entirely sure where to put the package. It's in theory device specific as it's meant for the Librem 5 specifically, but can be used on any device really.
