kde-frameworks/*: update to 5.52.0

Administrator requested to merge update/kde-frameworks into master

Tested in qemu-amd64 and appears to work fine. I initially wanted to upgrade plasma-phone-components in this MR as well but it caused an issue, so I'll do that separately.
