semc-smultron: migrated to armv7 and made it boot

Migrated Xperia mini's packages to armv7 and ran bootimg_analyze again. For some reason it produces different values now.

Anyways, here's what's tested:

• Booting
• USB Networking
• Display (fixed the color issue)
• Touchscreen
• Weston (using changes from !767 (merged))
• Xorg (works on Xfce4 fine)

What's not working properly:

• charging-sdl (bootloader sets the bootup mode to charging when a USB cable is plugged in regardless of bootloader's mode (e. g. when you boot the kernel from Fastboot it'll go into charging mode))

What doesn't work (properly) and won't work until the mythical thing that is mainline Linux kernel on Xperia mini:

• Plasma Mobile (running on framebuffer is disabled in scripts)
