package more Maemo Leste packages

This adds packaging for mce and dsme daemons from Maemo Leste and their dependencies.

To do: add OpenRC service files.

@NotKit I fixed the issues I mentioned for every package in here, at least the linter now goes through. I also updated the packages to the latest versions available, let's see if it builds.

I'd like to get this merged once CI goes through so we can focus on the rest of Maemo.
