Replace linux-vanilla with linux-lts and fix CI

Administrator requested to merge feature/replace-linux-vanilla into master

With the recent release of Alpine 3.11.0 the linux-vanilla package has been removed in favor of linux-lts.

PS: I didn't tested if it boot with the new kernel because I don't have the devices.
