motorola-titan: add kernel patch to fix broken X11 on mdss_fb.

You did 3 things here:

moved arch from armhf to armv7;
fixed touchscreen (added 90-android-touch-dev.rules but forgot to add this file to git?)
and then fixed rgba ordering in driver

Either 3 separate merge requests for those 3 changes, or rename this one to "multiple fixes" and a long long description for each
