WIP: semc-smultron: added charging-sdl and tried to add Wi-Fi

Here's a list of changes I did:

• First, I created a modules-load.conf file in device package. Wi-Fi didn't work.
• Sencond, I added some lines from semc-anzu to semc-smultron APKBUILD. Wi-Fi still didn't work.
• Third, I included another charging kernel argument so that semc-smultron would boot into charging-sdl if plugged into a charger.
