Rebase the kernel patches for asus-me176c on top of 5.4.17 (latest LTS).
Most of the patches are upstream now, the only custom changes that remain are the downstream battery/charger drivers and some negligible optimizations.

Tested it for a bit and seems to be working fine:

  • Display/Backlight: works
  • GPU: works
  • Touchscreen: works
  • WiFi: works
  • Bluetooth: works
  • Battery: works
  • Accelerometer: works
  • Magnetometer: works
  • Audio: works
  • USB: works
  • USB OTG: works
  • Overall stability: remains to be seen
